Personalization Instructions: 
Please enter the name, established year, or family member exactly as you want it to appear on your candle(s) in the personalization box. "Grandma" can be changed to grandpa, aunt, etc. Double-check spelling and details for accuracy, as personalized items cannot be modified once processed. 
 
Wood Wick Lighting Tips: 
-Make sure when lighting your wood wick candle to tilt it at a 45 degree angle, hold your lighter at one end and allow the wick to ignite and travel the full length of the wick. Sometimes it takes several attempts to light your wood wick candle for the first time.
-On the first burn, do not extinguish until it has reached a full melt pool (approximately 1-4 hours). Candles have a memory and if extinguished too early, they will tunnel and not burn to the edges.
-Trim your wick (approximately 1/8 of an inch) before relighting your candle. If you do not trim off the charred ends, the candle may not relight.
